The database contains about 80,000 videos, such as documentaries, interviews, performances, news, field recordings, advertisements and raw footage from history, industry, psychology, music, dance, theatre and film.
A transcript is provided with the majority of films so that you can browse through the film using the text, and cite film content more easily. After registering free of charge, videos can be cut and annotated, and shared with other users via playlists. All media and clips are labelled with permanent links and embed code.
