This equipment is mounted on a rolling stand with a screen. It is controlled via a touch display. If you attach the equipment and a data projector to the lecturer’s PC, you can use both media for your class and connect an analogue class on-site with a class via videoconference. The content of the presentation is then shown simultaneously (on the data projector) and in the video conference. It is possible to integrate participants' presentations into the meeting as well as the people on-site with their individual devices without connections or cables.
In the process, the equipment supports the spatial experience of the video conference participants by using face tracking with the 5x zoom of the 4K camera to focus on the person speaking.
The video conference is controlled via the ZoomRoom application. The equipment can be integrated into advanced functions such as breakout rooms.
The equipment is permanently installed in Room 3.K10-12 and is available for use when you book the room through Raumres.
