Students and lecturers of ZHdK use digital media and devices on a daily basis. They also expect the same from an educational institution. This matter of course should be reflected in ZHdK's teaching. In the process, ZHdK intends to use and shape the dynamics in the field of tension between the digital and material worlds to develop future-orientated approaches. For this reason, we have developed the modcast, a tool which represents an interface between content and digital material, in close collaboration with the media archive.
