OnlyOffice is an online service that allows you to create, edit and share standard Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) on a browser basis. Moreover, the service makes it easy to work collaboratively on documents in real time without having to download them. OnlyOffice works in combination with SWITCHdrive.

Unlike commercial service providers, the data on SWITCHdrive is stored in Switzerland.

Documents can be shared with everyone who has a SWITCH edu-ID. However, it is also possible to invite people who do not have an edu-ID by adjusting the share settings of the document folder on SWITCHdrive – with or without a password.
